Major General Douglas S. Lowrey is the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) at Redstone Arsenal, overseeing global contracting support for Army readiness with a workforce of over 6,000 personnel across 100 locations. His military awards include the Legion of Merit and Bronze Star Medal, among others.
