Hughes Properties II,LLC specializes in the day-to-day management of homeowners’ associations. Serving North Alabama for over 27 years, we understand the issues HOAs encounter. We work with small and large HOAs and want to help HOAs be successful and transparent with their property owners. Our experience gives us a wide knowledge of the common and unique hurdles that HOAs and Board Members confront and allows us to collaborate with the Board Members to successfully navigate the issues.
We pride ourselves on the personal approach with Board Members and homeowners while striving to incorporate technological advancements that our society expects. We endeavor to have the small town/business feel while offering time saving technology.
